SpotTrail(이하 "본 앱")은 전세계 촬영 스팟 정보를 제공하는 애플리케이션입니다. 본 방침은 앱 이용 시 수집되는 정보와 그 처리 방식을 설명합니다.
본 앱은 별도의 회원가입이나 로그인을 요구하지 않으며, 이름·이메일·전화번호 등 개인 식별 정보를 서버에 수집하거나 저장하지 않습니다.
아래 정보는 사용자 기기 내부(로컬 저장소)에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다.
주변 촬영 스팟을 지도에 표시하기 위해 위치 정보 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 위치 정보는 지도 표시 및 날씨 조회 목적으로만 사용되며, 별도 서버에 저장되지 않습니다. 날씨 정보 조회 시 위도·경도 좌표가 날씨 API 제공업체(Open-Meteo)로 전송되나, 이 요청에는 사용자를 식별할 수 있는 정보가 포함되지 않습니다.
촬영 스팟 사진을 찍거나 사진 보관함에서 사진을 선택·저장할 수 있도록 카메라 및 사진 보관함 접근 권한을 요청합니다. 해당 권한은 사용자가 사진 기능을 실행할 때만 사용되며, 촬영/선택된 사진은 기기 내부에만 저장됩니다.
본 앱은 Google AdMob을 통해 광고를 게재하며, 광고 개인화를 위해 광고 식별자(IDFA 등) 등의 정보가 Google 및 광고 파트너에 의해 수집될 수 있습니다. EU/EEA·영국 사용자에게는 Google 사용자 메시징 플랫폼(UMP)을 통해 광고 동의 여부를 선택할 수 있는 화면이 제공됩니다.

본 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 만 13세 미만으로부터 고의로 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
본 방침은 법령 또는 서비스 정책 변경에 따라 수정될 수 있으며, 변경 시 본 페이지를 통해 공지합니다.

SpotTrail ("the App") provides information about photography spots worldwide. This policy explains what information is collected when you use the App and how it is handled.
The App does not require account creation or login, and does not collect or store personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, or phone number on any server.
The following information is stored only locally on your device and is never transmitted to an external server. It is removed when you uninstall the App.
The App requests location access to show nearby photography spots on the map. Location data is used only for map display and weather lookups, and is not stored on any server. When checking weather, latitude/longitude coordinates are sent to a weather API provider (Open-Meteo); this request does not include any information that could identify you.
The App requests camera and photo library access so you can take or select photos of spots. These permissions are used only when you actively use the photo feature, and any photos taken or selected are stored only on your device.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob. Advertising identifiers (such as IDFA) and related data may be collected by Google and its advertising partners for ad personalization. Users in the EU/EEA and UK are presented with a consent screen via the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to manage their advertising consent choices.
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
